These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the mobile game Azi (the "App", "Game") and all related servers and services (together, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age shown in the App's store age rating in your country, whichever is higher, to use the Services. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must also be legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
Azi is a social card game intended solely for entertainment.
If you believe your play habits are becoming a problem, stop using the App and consider seeking help from a qualified support service in your country.
Nicknames and profile content. Your nickname must not be offensive, obscene, hateful, deceptive (for example, impersonating our staff or another player), or infringe anyone's rights. We may change or reset a nickname that violates this rule, with or without notice.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the App on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

5.1 No ownership. Virtual coins, virtual chips, avatars, and any other in-game item ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them inside the Game. You acquire no property right or ownership interest in them.
5.2 No monetary value. Virtual Items have no monetary value outside the Game. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another player or account, or exchanged for anything of value outside the Game.
5.3 No real-world trading. Buying, selling, or trading Virtual Items or accounts for real money or other consideration, on any platform, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
5.4 We may modify Virtual Items. We may add, change, rebalance, reprice, limit, or discontinue any Virtual Item at any time. In particular, we may adjust economy values (prices, payouts, entry stakes for halls, daily rewards) to keep the Game balanced and fair.
5.5 Loss on termination. If your account is closed, suspended, or deleted — by you or by us — all Virtual Items associated with it are forfeited without refund or compensation.
6.1 Where purchases happen. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your platform, under their respective terms. We do not process or store your payment details.
6.2 Prices. Prices are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase and include any taxes that the store collects. Prices may vary by country and may change over time.
6.3 Delivery and verification. After the store confirms a purchase, we validate the receipt on our servers before crediting your account. If verification fails, the item is not credited. If a purchase was charged but not delivered, contact tokenov1@yandex.kz with your transaction identifier and we will investigate.
6.4 Interrupted purchases. If your connection drops after payment, the App re-submits the receipt for verification the next time you sign in. Items are credited once, and duplicate receipts are rejected.
6.5 Consumable items only. Everything sold for real money in the App — coin packs and chip offers — is a consumable item that is credited to your balance and spent in play. There are no subscriptions and no non-consumable purchases, so there is nothing to restore on a new device or after reinstalling. Your balance lives with your account: sign in with the same account and it is there.
6.6 Refunds. Because purchases are made through Apple or Google, refunds are handled by them under their policies:
We do not control and cannot guarantee the outcome of a store refund decision. Where mandatory consumer law in your country grants you a right of withdrawal or refund, that right is not affected by this section.
6.7 Chargebacks. If a purchase is reversed or charged back after the item was credited, we may remove the corresponding Virtual Items and suspend the account.

Server-authoritative results. All game logic — dealing, betting, tricks, and round outcomes — is executed and validated on our servers. Server results are final. Client-side display errors, lag, or disconnections do not change the outcome recorded by the server.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in Profile → Delete Account, or by writing to tokenov1@yandex.kz. Deletion is permanent, and all Virtual Items are forfeited without refund.
The App and everything in it — code, artwork, card designs, avatars, user interface, sounds, text, and the Azi name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the licence in Section 4.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Game, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
The App relies on third-party services, including Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In, Apple App Store and Google Play billing, and the Unity engine and Unity In-App Purchasing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, that defects will be corrected, or that game data will never be lost.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or to any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to the protection of your local mandatory consumer rules, this section does not take those rights away.
